Las Cruces Police Departement is described as rude and abusive. The idea that police is a public servant supported by taxpayers money therefore responsible to citizen is long forgotten. Officer Juan R. Stewart was observed comitting felony perjury in the court. Unfortunatelly few judges in Magistrate court are neither professional nor very bright. Naive all lady Judge Pat A. Casados certainly doesn't serve the best interest of Las Cruces citizen.
